At JAPAN PLAZA UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure that the items are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to ensure its safe arrival at our processing center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
